Emilie Aracil Drasher, Esq.
Attorney, Nonprofit and Financial Services Specialist
Licensed Standards for Excellence® Consultant
Emilie is an attorney with over 10 years experience leading and working with nonprofit organizations in Baltimore City and throughout Maryland. She graduated from the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law in 2008 and was admitted to the Maryland Bar later that year. Emilie has extensive experience in bookkeeping, budgeting, and financial oversight as well as grants management. Emilie brings her experience leading nonprofit organizations to her consulting with the nationally recognized Standards for Excellence® program. She has served on the Board of Directors for several non-profit organizations and enjoys volunteering as a pro bono attorney and tax preparer with the Maryland CASH Campaign, and is training her dog, Cabot, to become a therapy dog for Baltimore’s children's hospitals.
Charles F. Drasher, III
Accountant, Tax Specialist
Charles is a seasoned accountant who began his accounting career in 2009. He received his Master of Science in Accounting and Financial Management from the University of Maryland in 2016 and is currently sitting for the CPA exam. He has experience in auditing, bookkeeping, tax preparation, developing internal financial controls, and grants administration.
